SUNDAY JUNE 28th 2009-Breath of Life Triathlon
Two Buddy’s living in two different cities came together to finish what they started  couple months back. (photos by Sammie B)

PURE MOTIVATION!
If it wasn’t enough motivation to finish the race being able to donate to a cause close to my heart, this picture put me over the top!

Nebbs admiring the fact that the 2 road bikes and the 3 of us fit in the Element comfortably!!!

On the search for a MASSIVE pasta dinner in downtown Ventura. We had Pasta but it wasn’t massive, just expensive, but that’s OK I ate most of Sam’s pasta too.

OoH man 5 o’clock came early. We still look damm good!

Setting up the Road Bikes. Going through the check list making sure nothing was forgotten. Sounds good right? Well I still managed to forgot some important things (Thank God for Sam)

Check out that pure customization job on the bike!!!(Gangster)

PURE FOCUS!!! (great shot Sammie)

Transition Area was crazy. Nebbs and I look around to see what the other people are dong because we don’ have a clue what we’re doin!

Talking strategy, finishing strong, speedos, and last weds episode of “whale hunters”

Man we look good in speedos and a tight wet suit!!!We may not win but we look like WINNERS!!!!

Business TIME!!!!!

Who needs a wetsuit when your ALL MAN!!!

Is this a casual Sunday Morning Stroll on the beach, or is he in a Triathlon? Nebbs looks fresh and confident as he gets ready to cross the finish line!

I had to do the Tri my style, boardshorts and shades.

CHECK OUT MY FINISH FACE!!!!GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

ITS OVER!

AHH MAN THAT BEER TASE GREAT!!!!!These were the first of many that afternoon. Nothing taste as good as a Vicory BEER(S)
Nebbs and I both SMASHED our times we were expecting to finish! Nebbs finished a 400m swim,12 mile bike, 3 mile run in 1:28:18. CONGRATS NEBBS you killed it!
I finished  a 1500m swim, 26 mile bike, 6 Mile run in 2:51:28. WAY STOKED!!!!!!
The most important thing to all of this, is I was able to raise over $600 hundred dollars from my friends and family to donate to the good folks at the American Liver Transplant organization.
I LOVE YOU ALL, THANKS FOR THE SUPPORT!!!!!
